Roll-out plan
Section titled “Roll-out plan”| When | What | Detail |

| 2026 | Companies established | Boards appointed, company charters drafted, organisation structures designed and the first roles published. |
| Semester 1, 2027 | First cohort joins | The first students take roles in the founding companies. Second-year students only. |
| 2028 | Second year of operation | The first cohort moves into leadership roles and hands over to the incoming cohort at semester close. |
| 2029 | Fully rolled out | All eligible Faculty of IT students are in the program from their second year onwards. |
