Ee Hui Lim
Director · Monash University
Dr Ee Hui Lim is an award-winning educator, engineer and technology leader with extensive experience across higher education and industry. Before joining Monash University, she led multidisciplinary teams delivering major telecommunications infrastructure projects for organisations including Telstra, Amazon Web Services, Yarra Trams and NBN Co. Her work focuses on student engagement, inclusive education and industry-connected learning. Dr Lim is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, a member of the Monash Academic Board and a recipient of the 2025 Sir John Monash Inspirational Women’s Leadership Award.

Hao Wang
Director · Monash University
Dr Hao Wang is an ARC DECRA Fellow and Senior Lecturer in the Department of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence at Monash University. He is also affiliated with the Monash Energy Institute and Monash AI Institute. His research applies machine learning, data analytics and optimisation to smart grids, smart cities and low-carbon energy systems. His work also explores energy markets and business models that encourage the participation of electric vehicles, distributed energy resources and energy consumers in the transition to more sustainable energy systems.

Sanaz Nikfalazar
Director · Monash University
Dr Sanaz Nikfalazar is a Lecturer in the Faculty of Information Technology at Monash University, with a background in engineering and management. Her work focuses on inclusive, engaging and industry-aligned computing education, particularly curriculum design, professional capability development and equity, diversity and inclusion in STEM. She designs learning and assessment experiences that support diverse learners, including neurodivergent students, while developing feedback literacy and employability skills. Her contributions span teaching, research, academic leadership and cross-institutional collaboration.
