Dr Sanaz Nikfalazar
Director · Monash University
Dr Sanaz Nikfalazar is a Lecturer in the Faculty of Information Technology at Monash University, with a background in engineering and management. Her work focuses on inclusive, engaging and industry-aligned computing education, particularly curriculum design, professional capability development and equity, diversity and inclusion in STEM. She designs learning and assessment experiences that support diverse learners, including neurodivergent students, while developing feedback literacy and employability skills. Her contributions span teaching, research, academic leadership and cross-institutional collaboration.

Ee Hui Lim
Director · Monash University
Dr Ee Hui Lim is an award-winning educator, engineer and technology leader with extensive experience across higher education and industry. Before joining Monash University, she led multidisciplinary teams delivering major telecommunications infrastructure projects for organisations including Telstra, Amazon Web Services, Yarra Trams and NBN Co. Her work focuses on student engagement, inclusive education and industry-connected learning. Dr Lim is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, a member of the Monash Academic Board and a recipient of the 2025 Sir John Monash Inspirational Women’s Leadership Award.

Professor Andrew Cain
Director · Monash University
Professor Andrew Cain is Director of Education Quality and Innovation in the Faculty of Information Technology at Monash University. With more than 20 years of leadership experience in higher education, his work focuses on student-centred computing education, curriculum transformation and innovative approaches to assessment. He developed the Task-Oriented Portfolio Assessment approach and the OnTrack platform, which supports progressive, evidence-based learning and assessment. Professor Cain also co-leads Monash’s Computing Education Research Group and contributes to research, tools and educational resources designed to improve student learning.
