Associate Professor Susie Ho
Director · Monash University
Associate Professor Susie Ho is Senior Academic Director of Industry and Immersive Experiences at Monash University. Her work focuses on interdisciplinary sustainability and innovation education, graduate employability and experiential learning. She develops educational programs that empower students to lead, collaborate and create positive change through engagement with industry, government, United Nations agencies and the start-up sector. Her research and teaching bring together partners across disciplines, sectors and countries to build students’ leadership capabilities and advance the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
Dr Manika Saha
Director · Monash University
Dr Manika Saha is a Global Health and Health Systems Design Research Fellow at Monash Art, Design and Architecture, working within the Emerging Technologies Research Lab. Her multidisciplinary work brings together public health, human-centred design and technology to address complex challenges in health, humanitarian response and international development. Through participatory co-design, action research and stakeholder engagement, she works with communities, governments, NGOs and international organisations to ensure that underserved communities can meaningfully shape the technologies, programs and policies intended to support them.
Dr Sanaz Nikfalazar
Director · Monash University
Dr Sanaz Nikfalazar is a Lecturer in the Faculty of Information Technology at Monash University, with a background in engineering and management. Her work focuses on inclusive, engaging and industry-aligned computing education, particularly curriculum design, professional capability development and equity, diversity and inclusion in STEM. She designs learning and assessment experiences that support diverse learners, including neurodivergent students, while developing feedback literacy and employability skills. Her contributions span teaching, research, academic leadership and cross-institutional collaboration.
Ee Hui Lim
Director · Monash University
Dr Ee Hui Lim is an award-winning educator, engineer and technology leader with extensive experience across higher education and industry. Before joining Monash University, she led multidisciplinary teams delivering major telecommunications infrastructure projects for organisations including Telstra, Amazon Web Services, Yarra Trams and NBN Co. Her work focuses on student engagement, inclusive education and industry-connected learning. Dr Lim is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, a member of the Monash Academic Board and a recipient of the 2025 Sir John Monash Inspirational Women’s Leadership Award.
