About our project and product
EventUnity Pty Ltd is a new venture founded by Hamideh Anjomanshah to address a significant gap in the Australian events market. Currently, cultural and community event information is fragmented across various social media platforms and websites, making it difficult for individuals to discover relevant events and for organisers to reach their intended audience.
Our project, EventUnity Portal, is a web-based event management system. It enables users to create, manage and register for events through an intuitive interface while providing administrators with secure authentication, event moderation, and user management tools. The project emphasises modular design, maintainability, and adherence to MVC architecture, ensuring scalability and ease of future expansion
