About our project and product
The King’s Order Digital Planner Platform is a web-based business planning and coaching system developed for Tradie Coach, an Australian mentoring business that helps tradespeople grow profitable, sustainable companies.
This digital platform transforms Paul Rogers’ proven paper-based coaching framework into an interactive online experience, guiding users through structured, fantasy-themed business planning modules such as the King’s Vision (long-term goal setting), King’s Quest (short-term action planning), and King’s Treasury (financial planning tools).
Built with both clients and coaches in mind, the platform allows tradies to plan, track, and reflect on their business goals, while giving Paul a centralised admin dashboard to monitor progress and provide targeted support. The result is a powerful, story-driven tool that helps tradie business owners stay accountable, motivated, and in control of their future.
