About our project and product
Our client Megan King is a co-founder of BIG-CAT: a skill assessment tool for NDIS participants that struggle to keep up with day-to-day requirements for living an independent life. BIG-CAT aims on improving the quality of lives of participants by helping them analyse gaps in their skill sets and highlighting what they should target.
The project was developed by combining our wide range of knowledge in web development, design, cybersecurity, and business analysis for maximum impact. Our goal was to craft an engaging website that truly changes NDIS participants lives in approaching independence, and fulfilling our clients dream vision for the website. We worked closely with the client to ensure every feature, from the assessment tool, to the steps taken away from the website after receiving an independence report, contributes to a truly valuable experience.
The project delivers a completely rebuilt experience for participants, transforming how they interact with the website into a far more active and engaging process, rather than the passive, one-off use encouraged by the initial design. From a redesigned assessment experience to a user dashboard that centralises participant statistics, along with website usage tracking for marketing, every aspect of the website has been overhauled.
