About our project and product
Great People Support is a Melbourne-based disability support service provider dedicated to empowering individuals through personalised, compassionate care. Led by founder Josie Tapia, the organisation connects participants with trusted support workers who assist with daily activities, transport, and community engagement, helping clients live more independently and confidently.
Our project delivers a complete customer-facing website and admin management system designed to streamline how Great People Support interacts with clients and manages operations. The platform allows visitors to explore services, make enquiries, and book support sessions easily through an intuitive, accessible interface.
The admin dashboard provides staff with a secure space to manage bookings, respond to enquiries, upload compliance documents, and update website content — all in one place. The system also integrates accessibility enhancements, real-time notifications, and automated invoicing for NDIS-compliant billing.
Together, the solution simplifies communication, enhances transparency, and strengthens Great People Support’s digital presence, connecting support workers and participants more efficiently than ever.
