About our project and product
Lifeready is a Melbourne based counselling service founded and operated by Erika Munton, a therapist with over 25 years of experience. While her original brand BirthReady focuses on perinatal services, Lifeready expands her offering to support individuals across a broader range of life transitions – including identity shifts, grief and retirement.
Services are currently delivered through two physical clinics, with clients typically acquired through word-of-mouth and partnerships with existing clinics. Erika’s goal is to expand Lifeready’s reach into outer eastern suburbs such as Knox and Yarra Valley to increase accessibility and reach more people. Our project built a modern, easy-to-use platform that improves online visibility, streamlines bookings, and reduces administration time. This will help Erika focus on what matters most – supporting clients and reaching more people in need.
