About our project and product
Our client Daisy Wang owns an occupational health clinic and wanted a system that addressed the pain points of existing customer relationship management systems such as Halaxy and Carepatron, which can often feel overly complex and unintuitive. Their goal was to create a simple and streamlined platform that “even your grandma could use.”
With a strong focus on user interface and accessibility, our team developed Smart Clinic Flow from the ground up. Any clinic can use this system to manage appointments, securely store participant and clinician data, and write clinical notes through their own personalised platform. As such, the result is an intuitive and visually clear platform designed to enhance both clinic efficiency and client care.
