About our project and product
The Monash AI Chatbot is a navigation assistant developed for the outward-facing Monash website. It supports both internal and external users by helping them easily explore Monash University’s digital resources from research projects and academic programs to industry partnerships and professional education opportunities.
The chatbot aims to strengthen connections between academia and industry by making Monash’s information more accessible. Through conversational interactions, users can quickly find information, connect with collaboration contacts, and engage with Monash’s research and staff network.
