About our project

HouseholdPath is a privacy-conscious website helping Greater Melbourne households understand and respond to financial pressure. Through fictional scenarios, ABS economic context, and a user-controlled household pressure map, it helps people identify essential needs requiring attention, including food, housing, energy, transport, and health. HouseholdPath then connects users with relevant support options based on their own selections, without calculating personal finances, predicting outcomes, or automatically classifying households.
