Digital Trust & Consumer Safety
About our project
TrustCue is a digital trust and consumer safety information and education hub designed for Australian consumers aged 45 and above. It brings together reliable information from Australian government agencies, consumer organisations, financial institutions and other credible sources to help users understand scams, identity theft, AI-enabled deception, privacy risks and other emerging digital threats.
Rather than functioning as a scam-detection tool, TrustCue focuses on risk awareness, prevention and consumer education. It transforms fragmented digital-safety information and real-world cases into accessible guidance, warning signs, practical actions and learning resources, helping consumers make safer and more informed decisions online.
All this content was created by Monash University students as part of their final year study and assessment. If any material appears online that you believe is unauthorised, please contact the Chief Examiner of IE units
