About our project
Caring for someone with dementia is demanding, often without clear information or support for yourself. CarerBridge helps dementia carers feel recognised, informed and connected: an evidence-backed dashboard on dementia prevalence, care needs and support options, quick self-care exercises for stressful moments, a facility finder that ranks aged care options by an evidence-based score and a visit planner that turns each visit into an evidence-led checklist and suggests activities. This is real support for the person doing the caring.
