About our project
EachPath Health is a dual-sided digital health platform designed to improve access to culturally responsive healthcare for diverse communities. The mobile app supports people seeking healthcare access through culturally contextualised guidance, AI-enabled visual support, trusted health resources, and service navigation. Separately, the partner-facing web platform uses area-level community, service, and access data to support more targeted and equitable healthcare outreach. The current pilot supports Vietnamese-speaking adults undertaking bowel cancer screening in Brimbank, while the platform is designed to scale across communities, locations, and healthcare needs.
