About our project
CultivatHER is a web-based career navigator for mid-career women in STEM. It transforms resumé experience and skills into tailored career pathways, recommends employers using published gender equality data, and shows users what they may need to reach their career goals. Whether returning after caregiving, transitioning into another STEM field, or pursuing leadership, users can explore relevant occupations and identify the skills, capabilities, and certifications needed for their next step.
