About our project
BlossomBack is a career re‑entry platform that helps women returning to STEM after a career break understand how their field has evolved, assess their current skills, and identify practical pathways back into the workforce. Using data on skill and market trends, it highlights gaps between past roles and today’s requirements, then recommends tailored re‑entry options from resuming previous positions to transitioning into related roles aligned with existing expertise. BlossomBack enables women to re‑enter STEM with clarity and confidence.
