Disaster Resilience
About our project
When bushfire or extreme heat hits regional Victoria, power and phone signal are often the first things to go. Cooeee keeps a preparedness pack for your own address in your pocket, and it works with no connection at all. Prepare, build the pack, record where you would go and who to call, then rehearse it before you need it. Respond, reach everything you saved while the network is down. Recover, describe what you need in plain words and find programmes that may match, each showing its publisher and the date it was captured.
