About our project

Women aged 24 to 30 in Victoria, particularly in healthcare and STEM, cannot see how physically demanding and injury-prone their current job is compared with the roles they could realistically move into. Safe Work Australia holds the injury data. Jobs and Skills Australia holds the occupational mobility data. The two have never been read together. Telosia is a free web application that joins them, showing the physical demands recorded against an occupation alongside the roles people in it actually moved to, and whether each move carries more or less risk. No account, nothing stored, no advice given.
