About our project

CatchaBreak is a web app that helps Australian students aged 16–24 manage anxiety by making physical activity fit into busy and sedentary schedules. Rather than generic workout advice, it gives personalised recommendations based on how much time and energy a student actually has, so movement feels doable instead of overwhelming. Additionally, every recommendation is grounded in published research, linking physical activity to reduced anxiety and better mental health.

All this content was created by Monash University students as part of their final year study and assessment. If any material appears online that you believe is unauthorised, please contact the Chief Examiner of IE units
