IResi
TA16
Education and Future Work SDG 4
About our project
IResi is a web platform designed to help domestic Australian university students explore ICT career pathways with confidence. Students complete a short personality-based quiz to discover their interest profile, which the system uses to match them with suitable ICT careers. Each career is accompanied by AI impact analysis showing how artificial intelligence will affect that role, a skill gap check identifying which skills the student should develop, and regional employment insights showing where jobs are concentrated across Australia. All career and labour market data is sourced directly from Jobs and Skills Australia, ensuring recommendations are grounded in real workforce evidence.
All this content was created by Monash University students as part of their final year study and assessment. If any material appears online that you believe is unauthorised, please contact the Chief Examiner of IE units
