About our project
Threshold provides a simple and structured way to assess physical spaces that may affect people experiencing cognitive decline or neurodivergence.
The application combines guided questions, room selection, progress tracking, photo capture, and automated image analysis to help identify concerns such as poor lighting, glare, low contrast, clutter, unclear signage, and other potential obstacles.
The aim is not to replace professional assessment, but to provide users with a practical first-pass tool that helps them recognise possible environmental concerns and understand why they may matter.
