Liveability Simulator

Simulate Australia 2050
About our project
Liveability across Australia’s capital cities is under growing pressure — from transport access to housing affordability and climate risk — yet the data is fragmented and hard to compare. TerraPulse is an integrated web platform that lets residents and planners compare liveability across all eight capital cities using a 2025 baseline, and simulate future scenarios all the way to 2050. Through a Projection Timeline, Trend Chart, Personalised Weighting, and plain-language Explanation Templates, users can prioritise what matters most to them and understand exactly why a score is high or low — turning fragmented data into a personalised, forward-looking decision tool.
