Road safety for young people

About our project

Safe Travels Victoria is a road safety platform designed for newly licensed Victorian drivers aged 18–25. It helps young drivers better recognize and respond to road risks by combining historical crash insights, road-environment intelligence and interactive hazard learning simulations. Users can explore where and how young driver crashes have occurred, understand challenging road environments, and practice realistic scenarios such as peer pressure and poor visibility. By turning complex road safety data into practical and understandable guidance, the platform aims to build stronger hazard awareness and support safer decision making.
