About our project
AgeTogether Australia is a digital platform designed to reduce social isolation among older Australians living independently. It helps older adults stay connected with family, discover nearby activities and community places, and access simple AI-powered companionship. The platform focuses on trusted connections, local participation and an accessible user experience for older adults with varying levels of digital confidence. By bringing family connection, community discovery and digital support together in one place, AgeTogether aims to help older Australians stay socially connected, engaged and independent.
