About our project and product
Alexander Jayne is a premium hair and beauty business offering high-end salon services and products. They currently use multiple digital platforms such as Timely, Meta Business Suite, and Xero, which operate separately and make it difficult to view overall business performance.
Our system bridges these platforms through a centralised dashboard that displays key business KPIs in one place, helping the client make more informed decisions. The dashboard would also allow the client to view each individual dashboard in full detail in addition to the centralised dashboard. The system also includes a product recommendation feature, allowing staff to send personalised product suggestions to customers.
