About our project and product
Aaria’s creations is a Melbourne-based small business owned and operated by Rupali Ghaswala. She founded the business in October 2023 with the goal of bringing Indian culture to the Australian-Indian community through the creation of high quality, curated products. These products include home decor, custom gift hampers, and staple jewellery pieces, among others. The business thrives during festive and special occasions such as Diwali, weddings and birthdays, offering made-to-order products tailored to individual client needs. Team Phosphor developed a digital platform to centralise order management, streamline operations, and reduce manual tasks—with a focus on improving order tracking, pricing consistency, and customer communication.
